1) Start the windows editor. 2) Open a vault and press 'Remote edit'. 3) Start FSSE (min v1.4.1) on your Android device. 4) Select remote edit and enter the IP shown in the editor or scan the QR code. 5) Edit the vault on your phone. 6) Save the changes and wait until the Windows editor and FSSE do their job. Reaver Male Rocket Launcher Fix
In Tactics, the Reaver Male graphics are corrupt. As a result, the reaver is unable to fire a rocket launcher while standing. Downloading this file and extracting it over the original ReaverMale2.SPR file in the game folder will fix this problem. The reaver male will then be able to use the rocket launcher while standing. The awesome Fallout Tactics modder, Dak, has hacked the Redviewer utility. Now, it is possible to create animated sprites. The new tool is incredible and can be used to add new vehicles and creatures to Fallout Tactics assuming that a modder is good at using 3d graphics programs.
